As a Case Manager at Capella Recovery Center, Isabella Girona helps patients manage the practical and administrative concerns that can create added stress during treatment. She assists with employment and insurance matters, FMLA and short-term disability paperwork, appointments, discharge planning, and other logistical needs that may affect a patient’s stability. With a background in psychology and criminology, Isabella is especially interested in reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and helping people feel more comfortable seeking support. She values taking some of the administrative pressure off patients and families so they can focus more fully on treatment and the decisions ahead.
